iphone 3gs restore error 3014

Hi, I was trying to restore 3gs 3.1.2 with new boot 6.4, to 4.0 or 01, but getting error 3014. I have uninstalled and and reinstalled latest itunes 9.2.14. But getting same error. Can any one help.
